Please read these terms carefully. By onboarding your institution to EduBridge, you agree to comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019) and the TVET CDACC regulatory framework.

1.0 Institutional Agreement

By creating an account on the EduBridge platform, the Institution agrees to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trainees, staff, and assessment outcomes. The Institution acknowledges that EduBridge is the designated national repository for Portfolios of Evidence (PoE).

The Institution warrants that it is fully registered and accredited by the relevant regulatory bodies (TVETA, CUE, or similar).
The administrator account created herein is responsible for all actions taken under the Institution’s profile.
Misrepresentation of institutional status is a criminal offense under the TVET Act.

2.0 Data Protection & Privacy

Data Collection

We collect institutional data, administrator contact details, and trainee academic records solely for the purpose of managing national PoEs and assessments.

Data Sharing

Data may be shared with TVET CDACC, KNQA, and other statutory bodies for verification and certification purposes only.

3.0 Acceptable Use Policy

The Institution agrees not to misuse the platform by uploading malicious content, attempting to breach security protocols, or falsifying trainee records.

4.0 Termination

EduBridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

The Institution loses its accreditation status.
Fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
Non-compliance with these Terms of Use is established.
